Esterilla perfecta tanto para practicar en casa, como para llevarla a cualquier lugar.
Es totalmente adherente y antideslizante.

Nuestras esterillas están elaboradas con materiales 100% naturales, ecológicos y reciclables.
Una capa superior de corcho, súper agradable al tacto pero también antideslizante y una capa inferior de caucho que se adhiere con fuerza a la superficie.

Incluye correa negra de algodón, para llevar tu mat a cualquier lugar.

Cuidado y método de uso

1- El primer paso será desenvolver tu esterilla y acomodarla sobre la superficie en la que vayas a hacer ejercicio.

2- Si es la primera vez que usas tu mat, te recomendamos que pases un trapo o toalla húmeda para eliminar los restos de tinta que puedan haber quedado después de la fabricación.
(Este paso sólo será necesario la primera vez que uses tu esterilla).

3- ¡Adelante, disfruta de tu práctica!

4- Una vez termines, dependiendo de cuanto hayas sudado, o de lo sucia que pueda haber quedado la esterilla, puedes limpiarla, también, con un trapo o toalla húmeda.

Para acelerar el secado, puedes envolver la estera con una toalla seca y presionar un poco, para que ésta absorba el agua sobrante.

(Si eres de los que practican con una toalla encima de la esterilla éste paso no será necesario).

5- Por último, y no menos importante, volveremos a enrollar nuestra mat, siempre con la impresión hacia fuera, y la guardaremos en un lugar fresco y seco.

Cuando no esté en uso, intentaremos evitar su exposición al sol.

Care and method of use

1- The first step will be to unwrap your mat and place it on the surface where you are going to exercise.

2- If it is the first time that you use your carpet, we recommend that you wipe it with a damp cloth or towel to remove the ink residues that may have taken place after manufacturing.
(This step will only be necessary the first time you use your mat.)

3- Go ahead, enjoy your practice!

4- Once finished, specify how much you have sweated, or what the mat may have, you can clean it, too, with a damp cloth or towel.

To speed up the drying, you can wrap the mat with a dry towel and press a little, so that it absorbs the excess water.

(If you are one of those who practice with a towel on the mat, this step will not be necessary).

5- Last, and not least, we will re-register our carpet, always with the print out, and we will keep it in a cool and dry place.

When not in use, we will try to avoid exposure to the sun.
